The process is simple and only takes one or two days. Bamboo Revenue meets with your Reservations, Front Office, Sales and Finance teams. The meetings concentrate on all aspects of rooms business but in particular concentrate in the following areas:

  • Train reservations to understand and use the TRUST reservations systems.
  • Introduce teams to the latest in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Help you to get the most out of your PMS and ensure they really work for your business
  • Suggest ways to report or segment your business, to help identify strengths and opportunities.
  • Train key members in the principles and understanding of revenue management.

Following the visit a thorough report and action plan is presented to the hotel, highlighting areas of opportunity and possible changes required. Bamboo Revenue can further assist with the implementation of the action plan.
