The Audit

During an audit, one of our team will visit your property for normally two or three days.  During the visit we will meet with your Reservations,  Revenue, Sales & Front Office teams.  During the meetings we will be concentrating on all aspects of rooms sales and in particular:

 

  • Pricing and the rate structure
  • Room and Rate Inventory Controls
  • Promotions & Packages
  • Ways to get the most out of its PMS
  • Looking out for missed sales opportunities
  • Looking at CRS, GDS and online content
  • Improving budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Training key staff in revenue management
  • Using industry competitor and rate shopping reports
