The Audit
During an audit, one of our team will visit your property for normally two or three days. During the visit we will meet with your Reservations, Revenue, Sales & Front Office teams. During the meetings we will be concentrating on all aspects of rooms sales and in particular:
- Pricing and the rate structure
- Room and Rate Inventory Controls
- Promotions & Packages
- Ways to get the most out of its PMS
- Looking out for missed sales opportunities
- Looking at CRS, GDS and online content
- Improving budgeting and forecasting processes
- Training key staff in revenue management
- Using industry competitor and rate shopping reports
