The Report

On completion of the pre-audit work and visit to the property, we will produce a comprehensive report along with our findings.

The report will detail investigations with examples of online presence, rate parity and the results of the recorded calls.  A series of recommendations for improvements to internal practices.  And some suggestions of any possible investments to IT or system infrastructure.
